pic_andrewDuring the last week of February, I conducted a short survey to understand what clients thought about working with reLiance. The results are included in this report back on the next few pages.

In summary, whilst the feedback is very positive, there are a couple of areas that I shall be focusing on to ensure that expectations are met.

The response rate of over 27% was exceptionally pleasing, as the average response rate for similar web based surveys is approximately 4%.
